The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy, hard plastic seat and a design which is dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for those seeking a budget option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with little effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.

During our testing during our testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close, however; you have to slide a slider before you pull a big white button for it to collapse. This can be a hassle when you're trying to keep your children entertained while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small double buggy but deep storage basket that can accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. It's not the greatest width, though, and Double prams with shock-absorbing suspension you'll likely have to leave something inside to reach back to get it back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each however both are too narrow to accommodate larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's perfect to travel with. It weighs just 18 pounds and is lighter than some single to double buggy strollers. and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. It also has one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also fantastic for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a good neck control in order to use the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller that can be used side by side. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's smaller and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with exquisite details that make it ideal for travel. It's a simple fold, is very movable and fits into trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some key distinctions. It's a little more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It has a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate children weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light packed with features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs and comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. Children who are taller may have legs hanging out when in reclined mode. It also features a large canopy which we found to be more effective in blocking out sun than some other options in our top double strollers review.

The stroller is lightweight enough to to maneuver through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we have tested. It folds up quickly and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy transportation. Its only flaw is its relatively small storage space, which is tight when stuffed with kid stuff.
