Hi, LaChe @ I've wanted to try something sleep-related for a while.
It seems like I have to do a lot more than I thought, so honestly, I thought I could use another app just for sleep.
I was excited because it seems like it can tell you if you're sleeping well rather than how long you've slept.
I wonder if I'm sleeping relatively well?
As for the amount of sleep...
It's the second time, but... this doesn't include the time when I'm in bed reading a book. When I get sleepy while reading, I press the button to stop reading and go to sleep.
I usually go to bed at 2 and wake up at 8... it seems like I'm not sleeping enough, but on Sundays my body gets used to it, so I wake up at 8 and sleep for about 4 hours, so I actually sleep more.
I usually read for 30 minutes at the earliest and 2 to 3 hours at the latest, so I spend a lot of time resting in bed.
So... I'm picking something, so I'm getting fat ⇽
My body is perfectly healthy! Because I didn't win the slots (´;ω;`)
